Our class consists of properly conducting loan signings to make yourself marketable in the industry. We review the top 3 types of loan documents, provide an overview of the expectations of a loan signing agent, discuss the differences between direct signings and signing services, advise on how to market your services, and tell you how to get started.

This is approximately 2 hours. This class is via zoom. Very small class sizes to allow for better instruction and understanding, so be sure to secure your spot. These classes fill up quickly. We do not guarantee that you will become a loan signing agent after taking this class. You will have to meet all the state and certification requirements for a loan signing agent in Florida. Shortly after payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the zoom link to enter the class.
