Our team of notary signing agents act as business professionals who meet with your clients to get documents signed and help fulfill deadlines. We will print, pick up and/or drop off any of your important documents from one location and deliver it to another. DocuRunners can schedule a convenient location and time that meets your client's needs. T & T notary provides this service to assist all busy professionals who just don't have enough time in the day to meet with a client. Or maybe your client is unable to meet due to their schedule or location. Our DocuRunner service will allow one of our notary signing agents to meet your client at their preferred location (such as their job, Starbucks, local library or even at our office location) to have your documents signed and delivered.  

Services Provided:

• Schedule and/or Confirm appointment with your client

• Send reminder email/text to your client(s) the day of the appointment

• Meet your client at their desired location or at our office location

• Verify the identity of your client (s) at the time of signing

• We will call for questions & explanations to be administered during the signing

• Ensure your client signs and dates document(s) where needed

• Follow up call or text to you or your office to confirm signing was conducted successfully

• Deliver the original signed document per your choice via scan, overnight service, or local in-person delivery to a desired location
