T & T Notary provides in-person hands-on training classes for learning how to become a loan signing agent. We will teach, guide, and show you how to become a loan signing agent. Our class consists of properly conducting loan signings to make yourself marketable in the industry. We review the top 3 types of loan documents, provide an overview of the expectations of a loan signing agent, discuss the differences between direct signings and signing services, advise on how to market your services, and tell you how to get started. In addition, you will oversee a mock signing and will practice doing mock signings to gain confidence in conducting your first signing.
Learn how to become a Loan Signing Agent in Florida with in-person training. Learn state requirements and the do's and don'ts of being a notary. Learn the expectations of the industry and so much more!
This is a 2 day class for approximately 2.5 hours. This class meets in-person at our office location. Very small class sizes to allow for better instruction and understanding, so be sure to secure your spot. These classes fill up quickly. We do not guarantee that you will become a loan signing agent after taking this class. You will have to meet all the state and certification requirements for a loan signing agent in Florida. Shortly after payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
