Telephone Depositions

A deposition is the testimony of a witness, under oath or affirmation, taken outside of court in which lawyers ask oral questions of the witness. Our notary signing agents are authorized to administer the oath. Depositions may be taken over the phone; however, the deponent must be in the physical presence of a notary.  T & T Notary does not practice law and will only administer the oath in the presence of the deponent.
