Our trusted notary professionals provide dependable pickup and drop-off services for businesses that need documents or small packages transported between business offices, clients, title companies, law offices, lenders, real estate professionals, and any other types of business locations.
Whether you need a document delivered across town, an important package transferred between offices, or paperwork picked up and returned to your business, we'll handle your delivery with professionalism and care.
Once your delivery is completed, we will email you a Delivery Receipt with proof of Delivery confirming the date, time, delivery status, recipient information, and other applicable delivery details. This provides you with a convenient record that your documents or package were successfully delivered.

Business-to-Business Local Delivery
Standard service fee of $30 per appointment
Mileage: $1.75 per mile based on total round-trip mileage.
**Standard Delivery: Delivery will generally be completed within 4 business hours of the scheduled pickup time, subject to traffic, weather, pickup delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.**
**Mileage is calculated based on the round-trip distance between the pickup and delivery location.
Mileage Calculations & Payment:
Please email info@ttnotary.com with your pickup and delivery locations to confirm the exact mileage fee before booking. If payment is submitted with an incorrect mileage amount, an invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed to you, and the full balance must be paid before services are rendered.**
**We do not accept oversized items.**
Additional Charges
Rush/priority delivery (within 2 hours, subject to availability) — +$30
Immediate dispatch (ASAP, subject to availability) — +$50
Additional Pickup or Drop-Off location —
+$25 per additional location + $1.75 per mile (actual additional miles added to the route)
Waiting time after first 10 minutes — $15 per additional 15 minutes
After-hours delivery (5pm - 7pm) — +$30
Weekend delivery — +$30
Holiday delivery — +$50
Rates are based on local business-to-business deliveries of documents and small packages. Fragile, temperature-sensitive, or specialty items may require a custom quote.
