Now you are a Certified Loan Signing Agent. Congratulations on embarking on this new career adventure! However, you don't feel comfortable doing loan signings. T & T Notary offers mock signing classes so you can practice with an experienced loan signing agent. You will watch a mock loan signing and then practice your own mock loan signing from beginning to end. You will get pointers on your signing, ask questions, and learn what to expect from signers, signing services, and other mortgage professionals. This class will prepare you for your first loan signing and provide you the confidence that you need.
Learn how to properly conduct loan signings in Florida. Watch a mock loan signing and practice how you would do the same in front of another loan signing agent. Get answers to your questions, learn the process, and gain the confidence that you need!
This is an in-person class for approximately 3 - 4 hours. Very small class sizes to allow for better instruction and understanding, so be sure to secure your spot. These classes fill up quickly. We do not provide any guarantees after taking the class.
