Cancellation Policy
Once the appointment has been scheduled, the service fee is non-refundable. The service fee covers scheduling, preparation time, and attempted performance of the requested service. Once the notary/courier has been dispatched, is enroute to the pickup location, attempted pickup, attempted to deliver, or delivery has been made, the service fee and applicable mileage charges are non-refundable. No refund will be issued when a delivery cannot be completed due to any circumstances outside of T & T Notary's control, including incorrect or incomplete information, recipient unavailability, business or location closures, inability to access a location, traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle or roadway issues beyond our reasonable control, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If T & T Notary fails to complete the requested service solely due to an error, failure on our part, or our unavailability and the failure was not caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the customer will receive a full refund for that service. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
